knowledge or skill gained through being involved in or exposed to something over a period of time,any body can qualify themselves with paper but it all about the brain work you put into it,it is not a substitute for real life experience.Experience is the total of the events that have happened to a person, and of their thoughts and feelings. Experience can also change ones life in whether its in a good or a  bad  way you always learn from it. To give something and receive something different in return.Knowledge is a wisdom gained from what one has observed,and experienced.

Educate … means a chance to learn and teach… to improve your mind, to become more than what you are and want. You can develop a power of teaching as well as learning. More knowledgeable, more wise. Improving, growing, and helping others do the same. Getting educated means creating creativity and spicing things up. Educate means getting deep into those ideas,sharing them rather than just glossing over. Education means investigating your motives rather than ignoring them.,it means sharing knowledge with others and improving as a community. Education means having interesting conversations about experience and more or less your success.

It all comes down to exchange…when you think about exchange its a win- win situation. you do not have anything to loose,it is basically you give something and receive the equivalent in return which brings us back to education and experience where they all go hand in hand.By exchanging you are not just sharing your experience but expanding the bandwidth of your success and professionalism
